This 4 week package supports you to self-reflect through recognised methods including hypnotherapy, breathing techniques and creating space to be the best version of you. Taking with you tools that you can use again and again to continue your journey.

Sessions 2-4 allow you to select from a number of therapies/exercises which include Reiki, Hypnotherapy, Parts Therapy, Anchoring and Though Field Therapy.
